In support of our company upholding zero waste status, we recycle all packing materials that come into our warehouse by reusing them and encourage our customers to pass them on, too! When packing fragile products, we use recycled or biodegradable packing peanuts.

military apo/fpo shipping

We proudly support shipping to Military APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. To ship to a APO/FPO address select Standard Shipping and enter the military address as:

  1. the address provided by the unit using the street address lines,
  2. APO or FPO for the City name, (APO=Army/Air Force Post Office, FPO=Fleet Post Office)

  • We use FedEx Express for our Express delivery.
  • Express shipments are delivered by 4:30pm to most areas or by 7pm to residences & rural addresses.
  • Express shipping is available only to residential street addresses or business addresses.
  • Express shipping is not available for delivery on weekends or holidays.
  • Express shipping not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Our express shipping is guaranteed, and can be refunded in case of a service failure (see details below).

We have chosen FedEx as our express package carrier, as they have a remarkable on-time delivery record and a money-back guarantee for service failures. In the event that your package is not delivered on-time, consistent with the FedEx terms and conditions (see the FedEx Money Back Guarantee for details) and your order meets our service conditions below, we will gladly refund your express shipment charges.

Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

  • The order payment information provided is not valid/correct, including the Billing Address, Phone number or matching card security code (also called a CVV or Card Verification Value) .
  • The supplied Shipping Address is not valid/correct to ensure proper delivery, or the address is located in an area not served by our transportation carriers.
  • The items ordered are not currently in-stock or available and we are unable to contact you to determine how we can best serve you.
  • The contact information is not valid/correct and/or attempts to can you are not successful.

To qualify for a refund of express shipping charges due to a service failure, you must notify us of the service failure and request a refund of your shipping charges in compliance with the conditions listed below.

  • Express Guarantee is not offered for delivery on weekends and holidays, unless specified otherwise.
  • Express Guarantee is not offered for orders placed three calendar days before Christmas.
  • The Shipping Address must a complete and accurate address.
  • The Shipping Address must be a street address (not a P.O. Box).
  • The delivery must not be delayed due to incorrect/accurate delivery address information.
  • The delivery was delayed because of availability or refusal of an appropriate person to accept delivery or sign for the package.
  • The shipment must be not deemed undeliverable or returned by the delivery carrier in accordance with the carriers terms & conditions.
  • Requests for refund of shipping charges must be received within 15 calendar days of the ship date.
  • Express Guarantee is not offered for shipments damaged during transport. Items damaged in shipment are covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
