At present, we are still operating and shipping orders. Our warehouse is keeping surfaces sanitized, according to CDC guidelines, and all workers are implementing "social distancing" and keeping our hands washed (often!) to be safe. Back Orders / Pre-orders: Please note that currently some of our suppliers are not shipping due to imposed restrictions in their respective locations. As these restrictions change we will provide updates to customers with orders affected by the disruption to our supply chain. We appreciate your understanding in this regard. Back ordered items have our highest priority. As soon as the back ordered item(s) arrive into our warehouse your order will ship complete. If you wish to cancel a back ordered item, you may do so at any time before it ships. Just let us know how we can best serve you.
We are also keeping an eye out for Shipping Addresses that may be have delivery restrictions, and we will reach out to you prior to shipping if we are aware of a potential issue to see how we can best serve you.
